Practice the task formats

All ten tasks in our Arctic Shores battery are playable below — the nine core task formats plus Expressions. Employers configure up to nine tasks per assessment; your invitation is authoritative on which you\u2019ll face.

New to the format? Read our Arctic Shores assessment guide first — what the tasks involve, what they measure, and what is trainable.

What these simulations are — and aren’t

  • Independent reconstructions from public documentation and candidate reports — original visuals, realistic mechanics and pacing.
  • Evidence-labeled: each task page says what is confirmed by Arctic Shores’ own materials versus reported by candidates.
  • Neutral feedback: objective performance and behaviour summaries — never a fake “Arctic score”, percentile, or role-fit claim.
  • Employers configure the assessment; your invitation is authoritative on tasks, timing, and devices.

Arctic Shores FAQ

What is the Arctic Shores Task-Based Assessment?

A browser-based assessment made of short interactive tasks (arrows, balloons, sequences, forecasting and more). Employers configure which tasks you get — Arctic Shores’ own guidance says up to nine — so your invitation is the authoritative list.

Can you practice for Arctic Shores?

You can’t rehearse the exact scored assessment, but the task formats are stable and unfamiliarity is the biggest handicap. Practicing realistic reconstructions removes the surprise: you learn each task’s controls, pacing, and what it is asking of you before your one real attempt.

Is there a pass mark or a “right” way to behave?

No universal one. Arctic Shores builds role-specific profiles for each employer, and there is no published pass mark. That is also why our practice shows you neutral summaries of what you did — not a fake score pretending to be theirs.

Are these the real Arctic Shores tasks?

No — they are independent reconstructions built from public documentation and candidate reports, with original visuals. Task selection, timing and scoring vary by employer. We label the evidence behind every task, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Arctic Shores.

Independent Arctic Shores-style practice. GameAssessmentPrep is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arctic Shores. Task selection, timing and scoring vary by employer; your invitation is authoritative.
