P&G Interactive Assessment
P&G’s live candidate guide describes three sections whose mechanics match Digit, Switch and Grid. It does not name Aon or the challenge names, and it contains no Motion section. Its Grid configuration is about 12 minutes across three rounds, rather than the generic Aon 9-minute / 9-task format.

Current candidate and preparation evidence describes a larger Capgemini game pool that includes these four formats, with four games selected for a candidate. Capgemini does not publish a first-party Aon attribution, so we treat it as a reported employer configuration—not an officially confirmed all-four smartPredict battery.
What these simulations are—and aren’t
- Original generated questions and visuals based on publicly documented mechanics—not copied assessment items or official UI skins.
- Multiple mathematically valid Digit answers are accepted; Motion boards are solver-verified before play.

What games are in Aon smartPredict?
Aon’s smartPredict cognitive suite contains four employer-configurable games: Grid Challenge, Switch Challenge, Digit Challenge and Motion Challenge. gapChallenge and chatAssess are separate Aon products, even though some preparation sites group them together.
How long is the Aon assessment?
The battery varies by employer. Aon’s generic material gives Grid as 9 minutes for 9 tasks, Switch as 6 minutes, Motion as 6 minutes, and conflicting first-party figures of 5 and 6 minutes for Digit. P&G currently describes about 6 minutes for its arithmetic and switch sections and about 12 minutes for its three-round Grid section.
Does P&G use all four Aon games?
The evidence says no. P&G’s current Interactive Assessment page describes mechanics matching Digit, Switch and Grid, with no Motion section, and no candidate report we found includes Motion — but P&G never names Aon or the challenge names, so this is a mechanics-level match, and configurations can change.
Are these the real Aon questions?
No. Every question, puzzle and visual is generated or authored by GameAssessmentPrep. The simulations reproduce publicly documented mechanics for familiarization without copying live items, official visual skins, logos or candidate-recorded questions.
