Choose your Elements test

These are separate assessments. Practice the subjects your employer has requested; each subject has its own drills, full tests and pass.

Check the name on your invitation

Elements, Aspects and Korn Ferry’s personality and leadership assessments are different products. These tests prepare you for the Elements reasoning formats. Your invitation determines which tests you need and any approved timing adjustments.

Common questions

Which Korn Ferry test should I practice?

Check the test names in your invitation. This practice covers the Elements Verbal, Numerical and Logical formats. You may be assigned one test or several. Aspects, Dimensions, Drives, leadership assessments and employer-specific batteries are different; an Elements pass does not claim to cover all of them.

How do the question timers work?

Each Elements question has its own time allowance. The selected answer is submitted when time expires, you cannot go back, and unused time does not carry over. Choose the subject above for its timing and response rules.

What is free, and what does a pass include?

The worked examples and study guides are free. If your account includes free first attempts, each short drill can be tried once. A pass for one subject unlocks unlimited replays of that subject’s drills and full tests during the selected period. Other subjects have separate passes. Your results and saved explanations remain available after your pass expires.

Will I see the answers while taking the test?

Full-test answers and explanations appear only after the test ends. Short-drill feedback appears after each complete passage or dataset, or after each logical question. This lets you learn without revealing a linked answer before you attempt it.

Are these official or adaptive Korn Ferry tests?

These are original independent practice questions, not official test items. Korn Ferry’s assessments adapt to your answers. Our timed forms use a fixed, demanding mix of Standard and Challenge questions with the published question timing. Use Korn Ferry’s free official practice too, particularly to check the publisher’s interface.

What score should I aim for?

Korn Ferry does not set one universal employer pass mark. We show your accuracy, completion, question timing and performance on Challenge questions. Our demanding practice goals are learning targets, not an official score or a guarantee of passing.

Will replays contain different questions?

The practice selects unseen question groups first where possible while keeping the content and difficulty mix. The bank is finite, so groups can repeat. Saved reviews preserve the original questions and explanations, and progress distinguishes recorded repeat exposure.
