Direction
Direction is Arctic Shores’ flanker task: three rows of arrows appear and you respond to the centre arrow only, pressing Q for left and P for right while surrounding arrows try to pull your attention. Arctic Shores’ own help pages confirm the centre-arrow mechanic and Q/P keys.
How to Play
Three rows of arrows appear. Only the CENTRE arrow of the middle row matters.
Press Q if it points left, P if it points right (touch buttons available).
Surrounding arrows change direction and shape — ignore them.
The pace quickens as you progress. Answer before the round changes.
In the real assessment
The centre-arrow mechanic and Q/P controls are confirmed by Arctic Shores’ own support documentation. Round count and pacing curve are reconstructed from candidate and preparation sources; employers configure the assessment, so your version may differ.
