What is on the CritiCall test?
Agencies choose different test batteries. Classic includes skills such as data entry, listening, memory, reading, maps and decision making. CritiCall3D also includes integrated operational calls, situational judgment and behavioral assessment. Check your invitation for the format assigned to you.
How does this practice work?
Choose a short skill drill to learn the task and review its feedback. Timed skill modules, Classic skills practice and integrated five-call practice reveal results at the end. These are original preparation exercises with our own practice lengths, not copies of an agency’s test.
Can I practice for free?
Eligible accounts can try each short drill once. One CritiCall pass covers its drill replays, timed skill modules, Classic skills practice and integrated calls. Your available access is shown before you start.
How long is CritiCall?
There is no single test length because the agency selects the battery. Follow the time allowance in your invitation. Our Classic skills practice lasts up to 63 minutes, integrated five-call practice up to 15 minutes, and individual timed modules use the practice clocks shown on their cards. Short drills have no overall clock; memory displays, typing tasks and interruptions still use their task timers.
What is a passing CritiCall score?
The hiring agency sets its standards, which can differ by skill and position. A practice percentage is not an official CritiCall score. Review your accuracy, typing speed and missed interruptions separately, and use any published standards for your specific application.
Do I need headphones or a keyboard?
Use a desktop or laptop, a physical keyboard and a quiet place for realistic practice. Headphones help with recorded calls. Audio exercises include a sound check before starting; a transcript is available as learning support and marks the attempt as assisted.
Does this include personality and speaking practice?
The study guide includes private, ungraded behavioral familiarization and a spoken-summary exercise. Optional microphone recordings stay in memory in your browser and are discarded when you reset or leave. They are not uploaded or given an automated personality or speech score.
