Jet2FlightPath fully funded pilot cadet programme
Jet2 names Arctic Shores in its own FlightPath 2026 application guidance: “we've partnered with Arctic Shores – a pioneer in task-based psychometric assessments.” It is the first assessment gate — straight after the application form and ahead of the Aon pilot aptitude tests: up to 50 minutes, breaks allowed between tasks, a 4-day deadline from the email link, desktop recommended, and a personalised feedback report afterwards. Jet2 points candidates to the official practice task at demo.una-arcticshores.com. The 2026 window ran just 2.5 weeks (17 Feb – 6 Mar) for 60 fully funded places.
The process
Stage 1 — Arctic Shores assessment
Straight after the application form: up to 50 minutes, breaks allowed between tasks, 4-day deadline, desktop recommended.
Stage 2+ — Aon pilot aptitude tests
Followed by attention-to-detail and personality tests, phone interview, HireVue, HR interview, group exercise, and simulator assessment.
Timing
The 2026 application window ran 17 Feb – 6 Mar for 60 places; expect a similarly short window for the next cycle.
