Which games will you actually get?
Criteria’s current materials describe a three-game default — Grid Lock, Numbubbles, Proof It — taking about 10 minutes plus tutorials, with the full six-game version (about 20 minutes) available to any employer on request; Criteria’s earlier Asia-Pacific materials documented the six-game version as the regional default, and Australian candidates still report it. Your invitation is authoritative; practicing all six covers you either way.
Practice the game formats

What is the Cognify assessment?
Cognify is Criteria Corp’s game-based cognitive aptitude assessment: a set of short mini-games measuring problem solving, numerical reasoning, and verbal knowledge. The US default battery runs three games (Grid Lock, Numbubbles, Proof It) in about 10 minutes plus tutorials; the full six-game version runs about 20 minutes and is available to employers on request — Criteria’s earlier APAC materials documented it as the regional default.
Which games are in Cognify?

Do I get my Cognify score?
Usually not. Results go to the employer as percentiles against a global norming group — an overall score plus problem-solving, numerical and verbal subscores. Candidates see in-game star feedback while playing but do not automatically receive results, and Criteria support cannot share them.
Are these the real Cognify games?
No — they are independent reconstructions of the game formats built from Criteria’s published documentation and candidate reports, with original visuals and content. We label the evidence behind every game’s mechanics, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Criteria Corp.
Is there an official Cognify practice test?
Criteria offers official practice for several of its tests, but not for Cognify. That is exactly why unfamiliarity is the biggest handicap here — most candidates meet these game formats for the first time inside the real assessment.
