Airbus Arctic Shores Assessment

Airbus screens applicants with an Arctic Shores task-based assessment immediately after the application form — 2026-cycle applicants on TSR report that every AGGP applicant receives it and that not completing it means automatic rejection. Prep guides (updated Oct 2025 for the 2026/27 cycle) list a 9–10 game battery — one of the longest Arctic Shores line-ups reported anywhere — including Emotions, Security Door, Sequence, Energy, Direction, Team and Ticket, plus the legacy Firefly Freedom game, so Airbus's configuration may mix legacy and modern tasks and the exact subset varies by programme and role. Candidates report a 3-day window to complete once the link arrives.
