“To finalize your application, you’ll be invited to complete a task-based psychometric assessment. This assessment consists of a series of interactive tasks designed to measure your unique behaviours and give us insight into your potential to succeed in the role. This is required for ALL Airbus Global Graduate applicants and is a mandatory part of your application process.”
