Plan enough uninterrupted time
The task sections total 158 minutes. Full practice also includes a 15-minute break and a separate 45-minute Self-Description Inventory familiarization period with 240 original prompts. You can explicitly skip the private inventory.
The full set of section clocks is 203 minutes, plus the break. The official appointment is about five hours with administration and instructions.
Situational Judgment provides reflection on possible actions, without a practice score. The personality inventory is private and ungraded.

What is the AFOQT?
The Air Force Officer Qualifying Test is used in officer selection and to help assess suitability for training roles, including aviation roles. Confirm your testing and eligibility requirements with your recruiter or test control officer.
What is included in this practice?
There are 32 short drills, 11 separately timed section tests and a full sitting covering 276 aptitude and situational-judgment questions. Full practice also includes a 15-minute break and a separate, private Self-Description Inventory familiarization period. The questions are original independent practice.
How long does the AFOQT take?
Pearson describes the official appointment as about five hours, including breaks. Its current table lists 516 questions across 12 subtests. The section clocks total 203 minutes, including 45 minutes for the 240-item, ungraded Self-Description Inventory. Instructions, administration and breaks add time.
Can I practice one section at a time?
Yes. Choose a short drill to learn a particular skill, or start its timed section test directly from this page. Full practice combines the sections in order. Timed practice shows feedback at the end.
Which practice is free?
Accounts offered free first attempts can try each short drill once. One AFOQT pass covers drill replays, all timed section tests and full practice. Saved results and explanations remain available after the pass expires.
Will this tell me my official AFOQT score?
No. Our results show performance on original practice questions. Official AFOQT composites combine subtests using official scoring procedures; raw practice accuracy cannot be converted into those composites or used to establish eligibility for a role.
How is Situational Judgment practice scored?
It is ungraded. You rate how likely you would be to take each action, then review discussion of its possible consequences. We do not assign an official answer key, agreement percentage or percentile to those responses.
How should I approach the Self-Description Inventory?
Answer honestly about your usual behavior. It is not a knowledge test and has no right or wrong personality answers. Our familiarization is ungraded, gives no preferred personality profile and does not save your responses to your account.
Does AFOQT practice replace TBAS preparation?
No. AFOQT and the Test of Basic Aviation Skills are different assessments. This product practices AFOQT question formats; it does not simulate the TBAS tracking, multitasking or other performance tasks. Your recruiter can confirm which assessments apply.
