Verify Interactive tests ask you to set values on a chart, place people or tasks, select dates, or construct the next figure in a pattern. G+ and the interactive numerical, inductive and deductive tests use this format.

SHL scheduled several older Verify tests for retirement during 2024. It names Verbal Ability as a replacement for the 30-question True/False/Cannot Say verbal test, and Interactive Inductive Reasoning as the replacement for its multiple-choice inductive tests. Choose the multiple-choice inductive track when your invitation names that format.
SHL reasoning tests have right answers and a time limit, so accuracy and pace both count.
Interactive tests ask you to set chart values, place items and build figures. A short untimed drill teaches the controls, so on test day the clock goes to reasoning.

SHL publishes online assessments that employers use in hiring. Its reasoning tests cover numerical, verbal, inductive and deductive reasoning, and Verify Interactive G+ combines numerical, inductive and deductive reasoning in one sitting. The employer chooses which tests to send, and your invitation names them.
