How the Case Study assessment works

  1. You take on an imaginary role and read 7 pieces of background information first: emails, briefing notes, data tables and an organization chart.
  2. The scenario then evolves through 24 situations. Each has four possible responses, and you choose the most effective and the least effective.
  3. It is untimed. The official test presents each situation with video and audio; ours are written, and the seven documents stay open beside every situation.
  4. Many situations turn on a detail in the documents: who owns a decision, a spending limit, a caveat on the data. Each choice earns 1 point when it matches the key, so a situation is worth 2, and the review shows the reasoning and the documents behind every answer.
