Analysis
Analysis is the one Arctic Shores task built as a traditional test: each question pairs a business-data panel — a table or chart — with a multiple-choice numerical question (percentage change, ratios, averages, reading values). An employer invitation email documented verbatim by candidates confirms the 18-question, 18-minute configuration and even recommends pen, paper and a calculator.

The 18-question / 18-minute format is confirmed by a candidate-documented employer invitation email and multiple preparation sources, and the answer-then-OK flow matches Arctic Shores’ own item engine. Employers configure the assessment: this section does not always appear, and some newer configurations may omit it.
