How the S&P Global hiring process works

S&P Global uses role-dependent interviews and assessments. SHL’s customer story confirms a skills-assessment partnership, including Global Skills Assessment. HireVue appears in historical early-career candidate accounts, but no single current video-and-games sequence is established for every S&P Global vacancy.

The corporate diagram provides a broad recruiting framework rather than a program-specific test schedule. An application is submitted and a recruiter may screen the candidate. The hiring manager reviews candidates and may conduct a further screening conversation. An interview team meets candidates, reviews feedback and identifies a finalist. The journey includes reference/background checks and an offer; role and local requirements determine the details.

This November 2018 Houston account illustrates the breadth a role-specific process can have. The applicant described a recorded introduction and motivation discussion. Later exercises combined quantitative, editorial and qualitative work. Treat those as historical format clues, then confirm the requirements of a present-day commodity or editorial vacancy.
