HireVue games are part of the game-based assessments used by many companies to evaluate candidates' cognitive skills and problem-solving abilities.
These games simulate real-life scenarios that test your ability to think critically, make quick decisions, and solve complex problems in an engaging and interactive way.

Unlike traditional questionnaires or interviews, HireVue games use interactive simulations to assess how you perform in real-world-like situations.
The assessments are designed to evaluate soft skills, cognitive abilities, and personality traits that can’t always be captured through standard interviews.
