Australian Prudential Regulation Authority — Graduate Program (February 2027 intake)

APRA’s listing for its February-2027 graduate program states that applicants complete three Criteria assessments — Cognify, Emotify and the EPP (Employee Personality Profile) — the only named employer in our research using all three (job-board listing text, not yet corroborated by a first-hand candidate account). Cognify is Criteria’s game-based cognitive test: the US default runs three games (Grid Lock, Numbubbles, Proof It) in about 10 minutes plus tutorials, and the six-game, 20-minute version is available on request (documented in Criteria’s earlier APAC materials) — APRA does not publish which. Emotify is a roughly 20-minute, three-part ability test of emotional intelligence (Matching Faces, Emotional Ties, Emotions in Action), timed because Criteria treats emotional intelligence as a cognitive ability rather than a trait. The EPP is a 140-item, roughly 10-minute personality inventory scored against job-specific benchmarks. Criteria offers official free practice for its personality tests but none for Cognify or Emotify.

The three-assessment line-up is job-board listing text (graded multi-source; no first-hand candidate account found), so every task here is reported, not confirmed. Grid Lock, Numbubbles and Proof It are in every Cognify configuration; Short Cuts, Resemble and Tally Up appear only in the six-game version documented in Criteria’s earlier APAC materials — practise all six, and all three Emotify parts, below. An EPP simulation is not offered; Criteria’s official practice portal covers personality tests but not Cognify or Emotify.
