Proof It

Proof It presents a short document on a word-processor-style page and asks you to click every error — misspellings, punctuation slips, capitalisation, wrong words and even double spaces. A gauge shows how many errors remain, and three incorrect clicks end the document. It is in every Cognify battery, including the three-game US default. Revelian’s 2016 brief gives five documents in five minutes, and candidates confirm the three-strike rule first-hand (“kicked out for clicking twice on a double space”).

How to Play

01

Read the document and click any word — or space — that contains an error.

02

The gauge shows how many errors are left; every correct mark earns a star.

03

Three incorrect clicks end the document early — be sure before you click.

04

Five documents, one minute each; the document also ends when every error is found.

In the real assessment

The five-document / one-minute-each format and the three-strike rule are confirmed by Revelian’s 2016 brief and first-hand candidate accounts, and the three incorrect-click slots are visible in Revelian’s own 2016 promo. The number of errors per document is not published — this build seeds 10–20, increasing document by document and shifting toward the subtler error classes (punctuation, double spaces, wrong words) that candidates report missing. All documents here are original text written for practice.
