What to expect in the WTW video interview
Question research coverage: Global early-careers programs (Actuarial Analyst, risk & broking, Graduate Development Program): a HireVue Assessment combining one-way video responses, typed answers, and cognitive mini-games. Experienced hires may also receive optional HireVue preliminary questions.
This mock uses a realistic HireVue-style timed format: 30 seconds to prepare, then recording starts automatically with a 2-minute cap — a common configuration, but employers choose their own settings, so WTW's question count, timing, and retake allowance may differ. Practice retakes are unlimited here; many real configurations allow few or none, so treat your first take as the one that counts.
