What to expect in the Amazon video interview
Question research coverage: UK apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships only. Amazon's own apprenticeship site names an "On-demand Video Interview" stage in which candidates record answers to three questions about their motivations and transferable skills. Amazon's corporate, tech and AWS funnels are documented as live-only (Zoom or Amazon Chime), and the well-known Work Sample Simulation is a click-and-choose online assessment, not a video interview.
This mock uses a realistic one-way video timed format: 30 seconds to prepare, then recording starts automatically with a 2-minute cap — a common configuration, but employers choose their own settings, so Amazon's question count, timing, and retake allowance may differ. Practice retakes are unlimited here; many real configurations allow few or none, so treat your first take as the one that counts.
