What to expect in the Capital One video interview
Question research coverage: US on-demand (one-way) recorded interviews, most consistently reported for Customer Care and Collections roles, plus the UK early-careers "Record a video interview" stage for graduate and Strategy Analyst tracks. Behavioural and situational prompts dominate; the UK graduate version adds a typed case section.
This mock uses a realistic one-way video timed format: 30 seconds to prepare, then recording starts automatically with a 2-minute cap — a common configuration, but employers choose their own settings, so Capital One's question count, timing, and retake allowance may differ. Practice retakes are unlimited here; many real configurations allow few or none, so treat your first take as the one that counts.
