An assessment invitation using LTIMindtree and a careers page using LTM can refer to the same organization. The company announced the LTM identity in February 2026. Use the role title, recruiting team and application record to match your materials, rather than assuming a name change means a different selection process.

Build a short preparation plan around the invitation and your resume. Prioritize skills you can demonstrate reliably over memorizing a purported complete question bank.
