Common questions

How long is Workplace Documents?

ACT’s standard Workplace Documents assessment contains 35 questions in 55 minutes. Our timed practice matches that count and time, with five answer choices. Related questions share a document or document set.

Is this Reading for Information?

Reading for Information is the legacy predecessor of Workplace Documents. The current assessment uses redesigned specifications; older names and scores should not be treated as interchangeable.

Do I need specialist workplace knowledge?

Use the information provided in the document. The practice questions supply the workplace rules you need; an answer should follow those rules even when your own workplace does something differently.

When do I see my answers?

Short drills explain each answer after you submit it. Full timed practice keeps all correctness and explanations hidden until you finish or time expires. You can revisit and change full-test answers before finishing.

What does a Workplace Documents pass include?

It covers all Workplace Documents drill replays and full tests for its stated duration. It is separate from Applied Math and Graphic Literacy. Eligible accounts can try each short drill once before buying a pass; saved reviews remain free.
