What this practice covers, and what it does not
- We practice the 50 multiple-choice questions only. The short written answers and the blind tasting are marked by examiners and need their own preparation.
- Written answers: practice explaining cause and effect in full sentences (a cool climate keeps acidity high because grapes ripen slowly), since the marks reward the explanation, not a list of facts.
- Tasting: taste two wines blind against the WSET Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting in 30 minutes and compare notes with a study partner or your educator.
How to take the WSET Level 3 exam
